Who/What is the Temple of the Higher Self? WE ARE!
Souls pre-exist bodies. When a soul decides to incarnate, to exist with a body for a while, it designs the body. The design matches the purpose the Soul has chosen for this incarnation, this life time. It may resemble bodies chosen for other lives or it may be a bit different.
A plan is made and developed for the life of the new body. When the body is ready for the soul, an aspect of the soul begins to inhabit the body or spend time in the vicinity as the physical body. This can be as the body begins to take form from a single cell or sometime during its prenatal formation or just before or sometime after the body is physically born. This aspect is always connected with the Body and the Higher Self, for the life of the body.
The Body, is therefore, the Temple of the Higher Self for this experience in matter.
